Exchange Policy – While we take every step to ensure satisfaction, we understand that sometimes a choice might not feel right.
Eligibility:
* It’s mandatory to make an opening video of courier for any disputes related to Damaged product or Completely incorrect product.
* We offer exchanges for items that are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags intact.
* Exchange is limited to SIZE related issue, once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.
* Exchange will be available for same product on other SIZE you require ( Basis on availaibility )
* Customer have to send courier back to us at T And J Enterprises 1/93, Shradha Puri, Kanker Khera, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh– 250001 & courier charges will be paid by customer.
* Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
* Once the product is received by us, it goes under the quality inspection and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 24-48 working hours.
